Mitos y carismas en la militancia política argentina de los setenta

Abstract

The leadership in political activity in relation with other social practices, the irruption of violence and repression left an important mark in the “Cono Sur”, in the seventies. This paper proposes, with the appropriate distance, some characteristics of the youth movements that yearned for social transformation in that era: a sense of heroism, a peculiar relationship with the charismatic leader in the Perón Movement, and the matrixes of certain messianism present in the political practices .
