El imaginario cinematográfico y los regímenes de la mirada
Abstract
The cinematographic imaginary and regimes of the gaze. In this text I analyze four regimes of observing films according to their use and relationship with the cinematographic imaginary: the seduction image (desires in/for the image), the dreamed image (related to dreams), the time image (modeling the image), the testimonial image (memory) and the identity image (who am I?). I use contemporary filmmakers such as Fellini, Lynch, Buñuel, Epstein, Tarkovsky, Bertolucci, Garell, Jordan and Jarrold as references, and then look at the relationship between the image and the cinematography, how the filmgoer/reader participates in decoding the film, and the subsequent incorporation into his fantasies, dreams, memories and identifications, that is, into the social and individual imaginaries of the film viewer.
