Abstract

Crowds. In this work it is proposed a reflection around the emergency of new subjects and subjectivities at the beginning of this century. According with the author of this article we can not keep conjuring up the same theoretical referents to understand the new reality we face: “migrant populations which are increasing daily in length, emerging as diasporas, crossing borders all the time, merging here and there without fixed addresses, without identity cards, always located on the borders, in the gaps, as spectral inhabitants of thresholds”. The author proposes to think the social arena from these new subjectivities, following their steps, hearing their voices, and trying to understand them from the already known organizational and political forms, modifying them.
