Sobre las TIC en México: de números y significados; de aprovechamientos y sustituciones
Abstract
The historical development of the dominant production mode has integrated innovation as a source of economic wealth, and the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) as the main way to promote and generate it. In this dynamic, the integration of ict and its productive potential in the Mexican economy have not been completed, they are heterogeneous —therefore, the presence of ict is evident only as a technological demonstration by itself; with the quantitative profile resulting of intensive goods supply and services that represent them—. Consequently, icts do not create the effect of economic drag detected elsewhere, but furthermore outstand by the economic profits that they generate for companies providing goods and representative services.
