Perspectivas etnográficas sobre la audiencia de medios
Abstract
This text is a synthesis of the principal contributions of ethnography as a method from anthropology to the qualitative research about audiences in the new technologies of communication. The authors stress the relevance of those methods of home television audience research; they also describe the diverse methods they have used to observe and register the different form of watching television among twenty English families, and the relation to other everyday chores.
